WHERE are you with your New Year’s resolutions six months on? Shazmin had ONE resolution – to lose the baby weight from her last baby – who is now 16 years old! Is it safe to conclude that she doesn't really want it badly enough?

What drives a person to achieve their short and long-term goals? Why can't we commit to ourselves and make ourselves a priority?
