MUNICH – England captain Harry Kane has joined Bayern Munich on a contract until 2027, reported German Press Agency (dpa), quoting the Bundesliga champions today.

Striker Kane earlier confirmed his departure from Tottenham Hotspur, telling social media, “it was the time to leave”.

The 30-year-old has never won a trophy.

Media reports have put the fee in excess of €100 million (RM502.9 million), which is a clear Bundesliga record. – Bernama-dpa, August 12, 2023
