RAP legend Snoop Dogg gifted UK pop superstar Ed Sheeran with some major bling as he welcomed him to the legendary Death Row Records.
While Sheeran’s style of gentle love songs might not be the type of music typically associated with Death Row – which was founded in 1991 by Dr. Dre, The D.O.C., Michael ‘Harry O’ Harris and Suge Knight – the pair were seen partying backstage at Snoop's show in Melbourne, Australia on March 4.
Snoop, who took over as owner of Death Row Records last year, welcomed Sheeran to the family.

According to the Daily Mail, the piece of jewellery is worth approximately US$6,500 (RM29,100).
As the rapper attaches the chain, he says: "We want to see all your videos, all your dressing rooms, all your drinks, smoking all your weed – come to Death Row."
Sheeran replied: "Well I'm in your dressing room, drinking all your drinks," before the pair toasted their partnership.
Interestingly enough, the pair were joined by Academy Award winning actor Russell Crowe.
In a separate Instagram Story, the 58-year-old actor could be seen opening his gift as Snoop says: "Come on, we're waiting on you, Death Row need that, we need that look."
The reception on social media was very positive, with dozens commenting on Sheeran donning the gold chain.
"A link up of all link ups," wrote one, while another added: "Oooh interesting!! Ed Sheeran and Snoop together."
A third added, "I love he's rockin the chain."
In its heyday, Death Row Records was home to Tupac Shakur, Tha Dogg Pound, MC Hammer, and Dr Dre, as well as plenty of notoriety and scandal, including after Tupac's untimely death and when co-founder Knight was charged with a parole violation and sentenced to nine years. – The Vibes, March 6, 2023
