G-Hotel in Penang recently hosted 62 children from the Seri Cahaya Welfare Home, Crystal Family Home and the Children Protection Society to a free movie screening of the blockbuster hit – Zootopia 2.
Its general manager Michael Hanratty said that the festive season was not just about celebrations, but about giving and sharing.
“As part of ushering the new year, we want to do our part to bring a little warmth and cheer to these children.
“Caring for the needs of the less fortunate has always been a part of us and we will continue to assist these groups in everyway possible,” he added.
In this second part of Zootopia, brave rabbit cop Judy Hopps and her friend, the fox Nick Wilde, team up again to crack a new case, the most perilous and intricate of their careers.
Among the popular voices in the movie are Shakira, Idris Elba and Jason Bateman. - January 3, 2026
