UPSET that the bank wanted to repossess her car, a woman and her family members decided to smash it up before it could be towed away.

In a video lasting just over a minute, the woman is seen trying to smash the windscreen with a brick, while another man, believed to be a family member is also seen smashing the car.

The bumper was damaged because the car had been towed, but the woman allegedly drove it back to her house without releasing the hook.

“This car belongs to the owner. So, there’s nothing wrong for us to damage it!” the woman said before she continued to damage the window and the rearview mirror.

Netizens in the comments section said the woman was only making things worse for herself as she would now end up having to pay more to the bank.

They said if the car was in good condition, she would have probably got a better price when the bank auctioned it off and only had to pay the difference in loan amount. - October 23, 2024
