Johor, Negeri Sembilan state elections: 99 per cent of PKR candidate list completed

PKR Secretary-General, Datuk Dr Fuziah Salleh, said PKR would contest 20 State Legislative Assembly (DUN) seats in Johor and 16 seats in Negeri Sembilan.

PKR is close to finalising its list of candidates for the Johor and Negeri Sembilan State Elections (PRN).

Its Secretary-General, Datuk Dr Fuziah Salleh, said PKR would contest 20 State Legislative Assembly (DUN) seats in Johor and 16 seats in Negeri Sembilan.

She said an official announcement would be made in the next few days.

"We will present a balanced mix of old and new faces, as well as retain female and youth representatives.

"Regarding the percentage of new faces, wait for the announcement," she said.

She said this at a press conference after a friendly tour of the Rahmah MADANI Sales Program (PJRM) at the Econsave Cash And Carry Taman Daya Supermarket today.

The Johor state election is scheduled to be held on July 11, while the Negeri Sembilan state election is scheduled for August 1. – June 19, 2026
