THE arrival of BN candidate for the Rantau State Legislative Assembly seat, Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan, was met with a dragon dance performance and drum beats as well as cheers from supporters.

The BN Deputy Chairman and UMNO Deputy President arrived at the nomination centre at Dewan Sri Rembau at 8.55 am, accompanied by BN Chairman, Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

Also present were BN candidates for the Chembong State Assembly seat, Datuk Zaifulbahri Idris and Suhaimi Aini (Kota), while PN candidate for the Paroi State Assembly seat, Kamarul Ridzuan Mohd Zin arrived at 8.40 am.

Earlier, PH candidates for the four State Assembly seats under the Rembau Parliament arrived at 8.15 am. They were accompanied by PKR Vice President, Chang Lih Kang and a group of supporters. – July 18, 2026
