Datuk Jonathan Yasin (GRS-Ranau) will seek details from the Prime Minister on efforts to recover payments for the Trans-Sabah Gas Pipeline (TSGP) and Multi-Product Pipeline (MPP) projects, which reportedly received 88 per cent of their total payments, amounting to RM8.3 billion, despite being only 13 per cent complete.

During the oral question-and-answer session, Datuk Seri Sh Mohmed Puzi Sh Ali (BN-Pekan) will ask the Works Minister about the number and value of delayed or troubled projects, their main causes, action against contractors and additional costs incurred by the government.

Roy Angau Gingkoi (GPS-Lubok Antu) will seek details from the Communications Minister on the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission's technology and expertise in detecting online gambling traffic and identifying and blocking gambling servers or platforms, including through cooperation with the Royal Malaysia Police.

After the question-and-answer session, the Dewan Rakyat will continue its Committee Stage debate and ministerial replies on the 2027 Supply Bill involving the Finance Ministry and Foreign Ministry.

According to the parliamentary calendar, the Committee Stage debate on the 2027 Budget runs from Nov 2 to 26. - November 3, 2026
