KUALA TERENGGANU – The Tok Adis Ramadan bazaar near Kuala Ibai here that was ordered shut by the Terengganu Health Department on Friday will be allowed to reopen tomorrow.
State Local Government, Housing, Health and Environment Committee chairman Alias Razak said permission to resume operations earlier than the 14-day closure order was granted after the bazaar’s organisers gave an assurance that they will adhere to Covid-19 standard operating procedures.
“We hope traders and visitors will from now on comply with all the SOPs to prevent the spread of the coronavirus,” he told reporters today.
