KUALA LUMPUR – The Malaysian Association for the Blind building in Jalan Tebing, Brickfields, will next month start operating as a vaccination centre (PPV) for visually impaired folk.

The Covid-19 Vaccine Supply Access Guarantee Special Committee, in a voice tweet today, said visually impaired residents of the Klang Valley can register for immunisation at the centre by 3.30pm on May 31.

“Each person… is allowed to come with a support individual or relative, who may also sign up for vaccination.”

Sharing the tweet, National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme coordinating minister Khairy Jamaluddin said the initiative will be replicated across Malaysia. – Bernama, May 21, 2021
