KUALA LUMPUR – Sprinters Khairul Hafiz Jantan and Muhammad Haiqal Hanafi shared a bronze medal in the men’s 100m today at the SEA Games in Cambodia.

The duo, who were gold medallists at Kuala Lumpur 2017 and Manila 2019 respectively, were looking to reclaim the title of fastest man in Southeast Asia at the Morodok Techo National Stadium.

Both made it through to the final by winning their respective heats. 

Soraoat Dapbang of Thailand set the track on fire to win gold with a time of 10.370sec. 

Singapore’s Marc Brian Louis bagged silver by clocking 10.390s and with an identical time of 10.450s Khairul Hafiz and Haiqal shared bronze. – The Vibes, May 12, 2023
