MATRIX Concepts Holdings Berhad, through its subsidiary Matrix Concepts (Cheras) Sdn Bhd, signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with WIT Ventures Sdn Bhd for the first-ever 4-star Smart Concierge Services Kiosk in a residential development.

This innovation at Levia Residence, Kuala Lumpur redefines modern living and is set to offer convenience and a premium lifestyle experience like never before.

The 4-star Smart Concierge Service Kiosk enhances convenience with its 24/7 accessibility and personalised services, ensuring an elevated living experience.

In terms of security, it offers controlled access and monitoring, providing a safe and secure environment for all residents. The Smart Concierge Service includes essential offerings such as unit maintenance service, premium shuttle service, dry cleaning service, and visitor management service.

In conjunction with the signing ceremony, Five Senses Smart Concierge also unveiled its latest innovation, the Horosys app, poised to transform visitor management in residential communities.

Designed to integrate seamlessly with the Smart Concierge Service Kiosk, Horosys enables residents to manage all features remotely, including guest registration.

Upon arrival, guests can simply scan a QR code at the kiosk to receive an access card, granting them secure lift access exclusively to the resident’s designated floor and unit.

This system ensures a superior balance of convenience and enhanced security for both residents and their visitors. - November 19, 2024
