KUALA LUMPUR – Pos Malaysia celebrates 52 years of World Post Day (WPD) with a respectful nod to its past and the value of personal connections.

WPD has been celebrated annually across the world since 1969, marking the advent of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) and the significant contributions of postal operators globally.

Every year on October 9, the UPU and through WPD highlights the importance and contribution of postal services to the global community as well as honouring the incredible people who deliver the mail and parcels worldwide.

To mark this special occasion Pos Malaysia will be issuing a World Post Day special edition stamp collection under the theme ‘Honouring Our Past, Connecting Our Future’.
