JOHOR BARU – Local actress Syazlin Suhaizan Zainal, 26, died after falling from the 22nd floor of an apartment in Taman Iskandar here, yesterday.

News of her death, which was shared on social media, said the deceased was also a model and had acted in several local Malay dramas.

The victim’s brother, Reza Zachary Zainal, 33, said his family was deeply saddened by Syazlin’s death.

He said the last time they met the deceased was about two weeks ago when she was in Kuala Lumpur.

Syazlin’s body is expected to be taken back to Setiawangsa in Kuala Lumpur to be buried.

Johor Baru South police chief Raub Selamat said medical officers at the scene confirmed the death after police were notified about 12.50pm yesterday. – The Vibes, November 11, 2022
