KUALA LUMPUR – The Royal Lake Club here has closed its administrative office after a clerk working there tested positive for Covid-19.

In a notice sighted by The Vibes, the clerk in the finance department was confirmed positive yesterday at 11pm.

The administrative office is closed today and tomorrow. Other operations of the club are not affected and remain open.

“The club is now carrying out deep cleaning and sanitisation of the office admin block, including the function rooms, admin washrooms and the staff canteen by a professional disinfection company,” it said.

Those in close contact with the positive case have been identified and are being sent for screening today. – The Vibes, December 28, 2020
