BARISAN Nasional’s Mohamad Hasan has retained the Rantau state seat, according to unofficial results.

The former Negeri Sembilan Menteri Besar secured 16,105 votes, defeating Pakatan Harapan’s Azizul Hakim Mahdi, who received 5,978 votes.

The result gives Mohamad Hasan a majority of 10,127 votes.

Rantau recorded 22,083 votes cast from 34,831 registered voters. - August 1, 2026
