KUALA LUMPUR – Zionist activist Rudy Rochman has entered Malaysia, during a layover in Kuala Lumpur, using his French passport.

He said his family live in Singapore, and that he and his brother had to take a flight that transited here with an eight-hour delay.

He decided to check out the capital while waiting, and visited the Petronas Twin Towers.

In a selfie, he holds up his Israeli passport.

Rochman, in a Facebook post, recalled how he was banned from Malaysia in 2015 for being an Israeli, and criticised Putrajaya for being anti-Semitic.

However, he distinguished the Malaysian people from their government.

He said his visit to the country was not to hurt Malaysians, and that he found them to be warm.

“Malaysia is a beautiful country with a rich culture and diverse population. The government, on the other hand (which doesn’t represent all Malaysians), has extremely xenophobic policies against Israelis, and was run till 2020 by a full-blown anti-Semitic prime minister.

“This prime minister has referred to the Jews as ‘hook-nosed’, claimed that Jews ‘rule the world by proxy’, and has both justified the Holocaust and tried to question the number of Jews murdered,” he said, referring to Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

Although Putrajaya may be anti-Semitic and prohibits Malaysian passport holders from entering Israel, he said, the Jewish state still allows Malaysians in, even if it means stamping a separate document to prevent problems for these travellers.
