New virus cases in S’wak fall below 200 mark

MIRI – The number of new Covid-19 infections in Sarawak dropped below the 200 mark today.

There were 168 new cases today, but no fatalities as the death toll remains at 89.

Sibu district recorded the highest daily cases with 49 today, followed by Bintulu (37), Miri (19), Kuching (12) and other districts with fewer than 10 cases.

There are 26 active clusters in the state.

Sibu Hospital today has 857 patients, followed by Miri Hospital (374), Sarawak General Hospital in Kuching (271), Bintulu Hospital (195), Kapit Hospital (184), Sarikei Hospital (127), Betong Hospital (187) and Sri Aman Hospital (14). – The Vibes, March 11, 2021
