KUALA LUMPUR – Water supply to all 1,279 areas in the Klang Valley affected by the shutdown of four treatment plants due to pollution has been fully restored as of noon today, said Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd.

Corporate communications head Elina Baseri, in a statement, thanked consumers for their patience throughout the water cut, which started on Tuesday.

“Air Selangor would like to thank consumers for their patience and cooperation during the period of unscheduled supply disruption.”

Five people have been remanded over the pollution incident. – Bernama, November 13, 2020
