JOHOR BARU – Johor ruler Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar held an audience with Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim at Seri Perdana today.

This was announced on the Johor sultan’s official Facebook page, where it was stated that the prime minister had invited Sultan Ibrahim to his official residence in Putrajaya for the meeting.

During the meeting between the two leaders, Anwar briefed Sultan Ibrahim on his recent working visit to Singapore.

In his maiden visit to Singapore after assuming office last November, Anwar proposed the neighbouring republic utilise Malaysia as the country’s source for food.
