THE podcast that proves our common “everymind” – and that everything Shazmin is thinking, you’re thinking, too.

The Vibes’ Culture & Lifestyle Editor Shazmin Shamsuddin and clinical psychologist Dr Joel Low tackle mental health issues we’re all too familiar with and offer practical advice on how to handle life with challenges that affect our head and heart space and our ability to function at our optimal best.

In this first episode of Inside Shazmin’s Head, we identify how to recognise the signs that you may be having issues with your mental health. Is it just stress? Is anxiety getting you in a state where you cannot function? Is feeling “dead inside” a symptom of unresolved depression – and can you resolve apathy and depression without professional help?
