SRAM seals three-year footwear sponsorship deal with Asics
The Squash Racquets Association of Malaysia (SRAM) has unveiled Asics as its esteemed footwear sponsor for the next three years, from June 1 to June 1, 2026. SRAM adds that its long-standing apparel sponsor Perfect Sports’ renowned brand Maxx Bolt will also be the official apparel sponsor for SRAM for the next three years. – Squash Racquets Association of Malaysia pic, June 22, 2023

KUALA LUMPUR – The Squash Racquets Association of Malaysia (SRAM) is delighted to unveil Asics as its esteemed footwear sponsor for the next three years, from June 1 to June 1, 2026. 

SRAM also announced that its long-standing apparel sponsor Perfect Sports’ renowned brand Maxx Bolt will also be the official apparel sponsor for SRAM for the next three years.

“Asics and Perfect Sports have consistently demonstrated their commitment to the sport of squash, and their continuous support has been invaluable to the growth and success of our association.

“They will provide our teams with high-quality Asics shoes and apparel for the duration of our partnership,” it said in a statement today.

The next tournament Malaysia’s players will be participating in is the Asian Mixed Doubles Championships in Hangzhou, China, from June 26-30. 

Representing the country will be pairs Syafiq Kamal/Aifa Azman, Ivan Yuen/Rachel Arnold, and Addeen Idrakie/Ainaa Amani.

This tournament will serve as a crucial preparation and status indicator for the upcoming Asian Games, where mixed doubles squash will be making its debut.

Among other major events our players will be participating in are the World Junior Championships (July 18-29, Melbourne, Australia), Asian Junior Individual Championships (August 16-20, Dalian, China), Asian Games (September 26-October 5, Hangzhou, China), and the Men’s World Team Championships (December 11-17, New Zealand).
