A GROUP of Malaysian students in the UK have taken it upon themselves to come up with 12 culinary delights in their dormitory, complete with a makeshift “vendor” calculating costs.

In a viral video, students were shown preparing the dishes ranging from meat and seafood to curry and greens.

The aroma of sizzling spices and simmering sauces filled the air as they worked tirelessly to recreate the flavours of Malaysia.

The students also lined up to collect their meals, as if they were at a local traditional mixed rice stall back home.

The authenticity of the setup was heightened by the use of classic red plastic plates.

Each student was charged RM5 for their selection and this was after the “vendor” examined the plates of the customers. – April 29, 2024.
