THE Election Commission (EC) has released the Supplementary Electoral Roll for August 2025 (DPT BLN8/2025) for public inspection over a 30-day period from 24 September to 23 October.
According to EC Secretary Datuk Khairul Shahril Idrus, the roll, which was certified and gazetted on 23 September, includes 55,047 newly registered voters aged 18 and above who were automatically added to the electoral roll based on records between 1 and 31 August 2025.
It also records 13,598 registered voters who have changed their electoral divisions, and another 2,198 who have altered their voting categories or status.
“The EC urges citizens aged 18 and above during the period of 1 to 31 August 2025, as well as registered voters who have applied for changes in electoral division or voting category, to verify their status in the DPT BLN8/2025,” said Khairul Shahril in a statement.
Checks can be made via the EC’s official portals at [www.spr.gov.my](https://www.spr.gov.my) and [https://mysprsemak.spr.gov.my](https://mysprsemak.spr.gov.my), the respective State Election Office websites, or through the MySPR Semak mobile application. Voters may also call the EC hotline at 03-8892 7218.
Should a voter’s name not appear in the roll, a claim can be filed by completing Form C. Likewise, those wishing to raise objections to names listed in the roll may do so via Form D.
