TWO photos and videos of the late Zara Qairina Mahathir with friends, including student A, were displayed in the inquest proceedings into the student's death at the Coroner's Court today.

The photos and videos were displayed by lawyer Shahlan Jufri during the statement session of student A's mother, who is the 62nd witness in the inquest.

Through the two photos displayed, the witness confirmed that her daughter looked happy and cheerful, but did not remember if  her daughter had ever said that she was photographed in a cheerful state with Zara Qairina and other friends.

When asked to refer to the two videos displayed, each lasting 24 and 13 seconds, the witness said she was unaware of the existence of the videos.

However, student A had previously informed her that she had produced TikTok videos, but the actual number of videos made was never disclosed.

However, she once again confirmed that her daughter looked happy in the video while with Zara Qairina and her roommates.
