THE main road connecting Sandakan with Lahad Datu in WP25 Sukau, Kinabatangan, collapsed early this morning, affecting thousands of road users.

Kinabatangan District Officer, Suhaimi Ejip, when contacted by Astro Awani, confirmed the incident and has instructed the district Public Works Department (JKR) to immediately identify the cause and resolve the problem.

Suhaimi hopes that users will be careful when passing through the area and be patient with the difficulties encountered.
