PUTRAJAYA – Higher Education Ministry today suggested all tertiary institutions postpone their student registration after the spike in Covid-19 cases this week.

Minister Datuk Noraini Ahmad said this comes after a discussion with the National Security Council and Health Ministry.

“For students who are already on campus, please remain there until further instructions from their respective universities. I appeal to those who have yet to reach their universities to remain at home.”

On her Facebook post today, Noraini apologised for the sudden decision by the universities.
