OUR body postures can reflect our moods. When we are feeling low or depressed, we might slouch or subconsciously hunch because we are feeling ‘small’ and not good enough.

Similarly when we are in a state of fear, we might feel tightness in the body and even the chest region as it becomes difficult to breathe smoothly.

In this session, Jojo brings us through simple, easy to do postures and movements to help expand our consciousness and physical body positions into positive mode so we can break past the contracting energy that stress and tension brings into the mind and body. We combine these body movements with the power of positive affirmations to start feeling more positive and expansive.

The more positive we feel, the more resilient we become to handle whatever comes our way. – The Vibes, March 13, 2021
