FORMER Economy Minister Datuk Seri Rafizi Ramli's 12-year-old son was reportedly attacked at a mall carpark in Putrajaya.

According to reports in Malaysiakini, the boy was undergoing checks and would be under observation.

Sepang district police chief Norhizam Bahaman, who was at the hospital where Rafizi’s son is being treated, confirmed the incident.

The incident allegedly took place at about 1.30pm.

One of Rafizi's assistants said a statement would be issued soon. - August 13, 2025
