Water supply to 998 Klang Valley areas fully restored

KUALA LUMPUR – Water supply to 998 areas in Petaling, Klang/Shah Alam, Gombak, Kuala Lumpur, Hulu Selangor, Kuala Langat and Kuala Selangor was fully restored as at 6pm today.

Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd corporate communications head Elina Baseri said the company thanks all those affected for their patience and cooperation throughout the scheduled supply disruption.

The water cut was due to upgrading and maintenance works carried out on critical assets at the Sg Selangor Phase 1 Water Treatment Plant that began on Wednesday. – Bernama, October 16, 2021
