KUALA LUMPUR – Three Malaysian men have been arrested after a hunt for some 20 rioters involved in a violent incident in Sri Petaling recently.

The trio between the ages of 20 and 41 were caught by Brickfields district police’s Criminal Investigation Department.

They will be brought to the magistrates’ court here for a remand hearing.

District police chief Azmihizam Abdul Shukir said efforts to locate the other men are ongoing but are urged to come forward voluntarily.

The Monday incident that was caught on video saw at least one man standing on the hood of a car while kicking the windscreen.
