KUALA LUMPUR – Newly elected PKR deputy president Rafizi Ramli has been appointed as the party’s Federal Territories leadership council chairman.

Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari, meanwhile, has also been reappointed as the party’s state leadership council chairman.

Party president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim announced the appointments following a meeting with all Selangor and Federal Territories PKR division chiefs this afternoon.

“I believe these appointments will help PKR speed up party preparations for the 15th general election,” he said in a brief statement on Facebook.
