KUALA LUMPUR – Services across the Kelana Jaya LRT line between the Ampang Park and Kelana Jaya stations have been halted at 10.15pm following service disruptions.

Rapid Rail Sdn Bhd, operator of the LRT, MRT, and monorail services, said in a statement tonight that problems with the automatic driving system near the KLCC LRT station started at 8.39pm, causing service disruptions.

“Our engineers are working to identify the glitch. To get the latest service status, please follow RapidKL’s social media,” it said.

Passengers stranded at the affected stations, Rapid Rail stated, will be offered free bus services to ferry them between stations.

In addition to apologising for the inconvenience, Rapid Rail also advised affected passengers to seek alternative modes of transportation.  – The Vibes, November 7, 2022
