THE cat of popular animal influencer Johan And His Cats, known as Jellybean, died on November 25, leaving a mark not only on its owner, but also on thousands of followers who followed the animal's life journey on social media.

The news was shared by Johan Eskandar Mohd Najib via a post on Instagram after more than a month.

According to Johan, Jellybean's passing occurred suddenly when the animal was in good health without any signs of illness.

"Jellybean was in good health, just after playing and eating, God took her. A very sudden incident.

"Jellybean is not just a cat, she is Johan's princess, everyone's baby (and) princess," he said.

Jellybean, who was 10 years old, had made a name for herself as a model for several commercials, including the famous airline brand AirAsia, making her one of the most recognizable local cats on social media.
