It is understood that police received information about the incident this evening before a police team from the Sentul District Police Headquarters (IPD) was rushed to the location.

A MAN died after falling from a condominium in Desa Parkcity, Kepong, this evening, while his wife and the couple's two children were found dead inside the unit.

Kuala Lumpur Police Chief Datuk Fadil Marsus said police received a report about the incident at 3.32 pm.

He said the 48-year-old male victim is believed to have fallen from the building.

According to him, police went to the victim's house and managed to open the door of the unit with the help of the fire department.

"The results of the inspection found the individuals had died in separate rooms.

"A 47-year-old woman is the victim's wife; two children, a girl and a boy, aged nine and seven, are the couple's children.

"All three victims were found to have suffered serious neck injuries," he said in a statement.

Fadil said the police also found a knife believed to have been used to commit the act.

He said the cause of the incident was still under investigation and the case was classified under Section 302 of the Penal Code as well as sudden death (SDR). - August 27, 2026
