NO corruption scandals were reported against the Negeri Sembilan state government throughout the eight years of administration under former Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun.

DAP Secretary-General Anthony Loke said various achievements were recorded during the PH administration under Aminuddin's leadership, including increases in reserves, as well as progress in development, infrastructure, and investment.

He stressed that the party would continue to support the Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) Chairman in leading PH in the state.

"One of the most important things we should be proud of is that during our eight years in the state government administration—and his eight years as Menteri Besar—no corruption scandals have plagued this administration.

"The administrative record remains clean. Nothing negative can be leveled against Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun or our Exco members," he said.

According to Loke, Aminuddin has discharged his duties as Menteri Besar excellently, in line with the party's goal of bringing about change and reform.

The Seremban Member of Parliament also expressed his appreciation to Aminuddin for his contributions to the development of Negeri Sembilan.

"So, Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun, we have shared both the good times and the bad. We have shouldered burdens together and shared in the lighter tasks.

"We (DAP) wish to express our unwavering support for him to continue leading PH Negeri Sembilan, as his integrity has been tested and proven. This is a matter of great importance to DAP," he said.

Aminuddin has served as the Negeri Sembilan PH Chairman since 2017 and was the first Menteri Besar from PH.

However, during the recent Negeri Sembilan state election, Aminuddin—contesting the Linggi state seat for the first time—was defeated in a three-cornered fight. – October 11, 2026
