Barre Fitness 

Looks like this is a year full of major changes as you experience peace, quiet and well-being in your relationships. It’s also a great year for you to practise a sport that does not exaggerate or overburden your cardiovascular system. As such, ballet fitness would be perfect for getting those moo-scles working without overworking your heart.
