"Witnesses reported only hearing the sound of a baby crying at 11 am from the bag in question, and after opening it, they found a the baby without any clothes on," he said as reported.

Details regarding the estimated age and health condition of the baby girl have not yet been obtained from the medical officer, and the discovery  has been reported to the Department of Social Welfare (JKM) for further action.
