KOTA KINABALU – Various quarters have come forward to offer contributions and assistance to alleviate the burden of people in Sabah impacted by the conditional movement control order.

Zillion Ventures Sdn Bhd, a partner company of Kumpulan Yayasan Sabah, today donated 10,000 5kg bags of rice, 1,000 bottles of hand sanitiser and 1,000 boxes of masks.

The donation was handed over by Zillion Ventures group managing director Datuk Yeo Hock Ching and executive director Redzuan Ismail to 25 state Bersatu divisions, to be distributed to those in need in their areas.

The handover at the state Bersatu headquarters here was witnessed by the chapter’s chief and Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Hajiji Noor.

Speaking to reporters afterwards, Redzuan said his company will continue such efforts, and also plans to help Covid-19 frontliners in the state. – Bernama, November 15, 2020
