KUALA LUMPUR – Yet another outburst from a flight passenger assaulting a Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) staff was caught on camera and shared on social media yesterday.

The 40 second clip uploaded on TikTok by user @yanaothmannn showed a woman, dressed in a white shirt, allegedly physically assaulting a KLIA staff manning the check-in counter.

The woman had pushed a glass screen towards the staff, breaking it and possibly hurting the staff in the process.

Another senior KLIA staff, dressed in a Malaysia Airlines (MAS) uniform had shouted at the aggressive woman.

“Do you see my staff? What are you trying to do? What are you trying to do?

“You see my staff already bleeding. What are you trying to do?” she said.

The aggressive woman replied, but her response was unclear.

The MAS staffer then answered, “It is not our problem, it is your problem.”

The caption of the video simply stated: “Would you endure such rude behaviour?”

At the time of writing, the video had garnered 5.8 million views.

The Vibes is attempting to ascertain the time and date of the incident and the exact cause of the altercation with the relevant officials.

The identity of the woman, whether foreign or local, also remains unknown.

However, it is believed that the aggressive woman had missed the deadline to check in for her flight.

On December 28, The Vibes reported a similar incident of another woman’s rude behaviour with KLIA staff.

Dubbed “KLIA Karen”, the video posted on TikTok by user @missssssyl showed the woman slamming her “Norwegian” passport on the counter before mocking the staff on duty and asking for names. – The Vibes, December 30, 2022
