KOTA BARU – The Kelantan government has announced special assistance of RM1,500 for the state’s civil servants.
The payment will be disbursed in January next year, announced Deputy Menteri Besar Datuk Nik Mohd Amar Nik Abdullah.
“The government has agreed to give the special financial assistance, which involves an allocation of RM13 million. This is the highest assistance ever given by the state government after recording a budget surplus for five consecutive years.
“This is also to appreciate the commitment and determination of government employees who have worked hard to ensure that our finances are in good shape,” he said at the Kelantan assembly sitting in Kota Darulnaim here today. – Bernama, November 30, 2022
